As Advantage’s capabilities and reputation have grown, so have the size and range of projects we’re entrusted with. Today, we undertake everything from underground infrastructure, roadwork, and mass excavation to smaller but equally specialized and exacting residential projects.

We Work Year-Round
Winter conditions do not affect our ability to excavate or do associated work below grade. Our equipment is well suited to perform in the cold. And so are we. In fact, reduced demand for work throughout the construction industry in winter can mean lower fees and sooner scheduling for your project.

Evan began his career in a variety of field positions, working his way up—literally—to crane operator. By 2014, he had moved into sales and management, but his hands-on experience informs his understanding of every project. It’s the foundation on which he continues to build strong working relationships.

Andy brings over 40 years in civil and environmental contracting, and has owned or managed successful civil contracting companies for over 20 years. In addition to his management skills, he is a licensed, class-1 petroleum tank installer with years of oil refinery experience.

Melissa joined Advantage in 2025, bringing 20 years of experience in office management and finance. She optimizes our office efficiency generally, vendor relationships, bookkeeping, and team communication particularly. She ensures every staff member has the tools they need to succeed, and keeps the office running smoothly with a smile.
